Rental Costs Per Week

  • Low Season 4th Oct - 20th Dec 2025        £2100

  • Christmas 2025                                             £2700

  • Low Season: 3rd Jan - 2nd May 2026         £2200

  • Mid Season: 2nd May - 13th June 2026      £2500

  • High Season 13th June - 5th Sep 2026       £2800

  • Mid Season 5th Sept - 31st Oct 2026.        £2500

Additional Costs

  • Additionally we charge £200 onto of your stay to partially cover the cost of cleaning and linen.

  • 25% of the cost of your stay plus the £200 cleaning fee is charged on booking with the balance + Security deposit of £500 due 8 weeks before your arrival.

  • The security deposit is returned to you within 10 days of your departure minus any deductions for breakages Andorras damage should there be any.
