Rental Costs

  • Low Season: 1st Jan - 3rd May 2025          £2100

  • Mid Season: 3rd May - 28th June 2025     £2310

  • High Season: 28th June - 6th Sept 2025   £2660

  • Mid Season 6th Sept - 4th Oct 2025          £2310

  • Low Season 4th Oct - 20th Dec 2025        £2100

Additional Costs

  • Additionally we charge £185 onto of your stay to partially cover the cost of cleaning and linen.

  • 25% of the cost of your stay plus the £185 cleaning fee is charged on booking with the balance + Security deposit of £500 due 8 weeks before your arrival.

  • The security deposit is returned to you within 10 days of your departure minus any deductions for breakages Andorras damage should there be any.
