Rental Costs Per Week

  • Low Season 3rd Oct - 19th Dec 2026         £2100

  • Christmas Period 2026                                 £2700

  • Low Season: 2nd Jan - 1st May 2027           £2400

  • Mid Season: 1st May - 5th June 2027          £2700

  • High Season 5th June - 2nd Sep 2027        £2900

  • Mid Season 2nd Sept - 31st Oct 2027        £2400

Additional Costs

  • Additionally we charge £200 for a one week stay to partially cover the cost of cleaning and linen.  An additional £100 will be charged for a two week stay to cover a mandatory mid stay clean.

  • 25% of the cost of your stay is charged on booking with the balance + Security deposit of £500 due 8 weeks before your arrival.

  • The security deposit is returned to you within 10 days of your departure minus any deductions for breakages Andorras damage should there be any.
